Price per page rule
It would be great if I could make a rule so that it adds $x per page to the estimate for every page that's more than 5. So The estimate isn't affected if they select 5 pages, but it adds $x on for every page after that

Yeah awesome idea. I think we could add a "When" condition. So in your example, we'd have an additional field that allows you to select a condition that must be met for this pricing rule to be enabled: When theres more than 5 pages, add 650 for each additional page. Will flesh this out. Stay tuned!
